Pet Care Sheets
Pet-care operations · editable .xlsx files

Practical spreadsheets for running a pet-care business

Find focused Excel templates for client records, bookings, grooming, boarding, finance and everyday operations in independent pet-care services.

Begin with real work

Choose the sheet that fits the decision

A focused spreadsheet is usually easier to review than one file that tries to handle bookings, care records, costs and supplies at once.

Bookings

Reserve space or plan capacity

Scheduling separates commitments, staff availability, routes and utilization.

Care records

Onboard a client or log a service

Clients distinguishes profiles, consent, instructions and dated history.

Services

Quote work or document completion

Grooming connects prices, instructions, time, supplies and quality checks.

Facility

Coordinate stays or daily handoffs

Boarding covers reservations, occupancy, belongings, headcounts and pickups.

Read the purpose, worksheets, fields, calculations and limits.

  3. 03

Get the .xlsx file directly from its page without creating an account.

  4. 04

    Adapt

Work from a copy, replace the example data and validate the results.

Before you fill it in

Prepare the inputs behind the decision

Define the period, unit, source of each number and intended outcome. A boarding reservation needs dates and space limits; a grooming quote needs services and assumptions; a supply order depends on stock, use and lead time.

Each template page describes the worksheets, inputs and formulas in the file. Example values illustrate the workflow but are not results from your business.

Caleb organizes guidance around formulas, capacity, costs, supplies and recurring operating controls. His editorial focus is making inputs, calculated fields and practical limits easy to locate before a workbook is adapted to a real business.

Common questions

Before using a workbook

Which files are available now?

The library and counters include published templates only. A category may be empty while its workbooks are still being prepared.

Do these sheets replace pet-care software?

No. They support defined tasks. Real-time sync, multi-user permissions, payments and integrations call for a dedicated system.

Can I change columns and formulas?

The files are editable. Keep the original and test changes because moving cells or deleting columns can break references.

How can I report an error?

Use the contact form and include the template URL, worksheet or cell and the result you observed—without private client or pet data.
